Misi Fulfilment handles the complete e-fulfillment proces of information for companies that work with (mail) orders, crm, subscription or member registration and e-commerce. We also handle the entire logistic processing of orders and assist with mailing and printing orders.
Due to its experience gained in large fulfilment projects, Misi understands the importance of having a well-functioning fulfilment administration. Our programmers have developed a flexible software package for this that can be 'custom-made' for every customer. The customer maintains control of its projects at all times. The current state of affairs can be viewed online by using a unique personal access code.

There are a number of fixed components of the e-fulfillment provided by Misi Fulfilment:
Customer Relationship Management
All relevant characteristics of the customer are recorded in the system.
Standard data such as personal data and shipping and invoicing addresses, as well as specific data such as sector codes, titles or other characteristics you wish to enter.
Subscriptions
The system maintains data of members or subscribers to production series, magazines, book series or loose-leaf publications. Subscribers can begin their subscription whenever they wish so that the period a subscription runs doesn’t depend on a fixed period. Whenever you wish you can receive the subscriber data per e-mail, diskette, CD-ROM or on paper.
Orders
These may be in the form of inputting and processing separate orders, whether via mail order or not, promotion articles, follow-up shipment of products and administration of returns. In addition to this, the system is geared for complete handling of savings systems. The customer’s order history is accurately registered by the system. From the order system you can make reports that enable you to properly and expediently answer your customer's questions. The order system can easily be combined with the possibilities in the area of accounts receivable management.
Accounts receivable
Misi handles invoicing, collecting money and notice procedures, for one-time orders as well as expenses intended for subscriptions. You determine how and when the customer must be invoiced or sent a notice.
Customer service
Misi handles telephone customer service. If so desired, orders, information and problems are correctly processed on behalf of the client.
Mailings
An up-to-date address file is one of the most important components of a successful mailing campaign. Misi makes it possible to make current selections on a large number of variable characteristics.
Physical distribution
You can also come to us for the physical distribution of your orders. We handle receiving, storage and shipping of your goods. Integration of the order and logistics system contributes to having distribution go smoothly and packages can always be traced.
The system alerts you when the supply drops below a minimum indicated by you. You can view the current supply online. The great amount of care we give to packaging and shipping your orders is your, and our, business card.
Reporting
Reports are made of all administrative procedures. You will regularly receive summaries of, among other things, sales, articles, stock mutations, age analysis, bank balance correspondence, accounts receivable, news entries, VAT summaries, postage summaries.
